Ike Ksts, vice president of the Tivoli, is likewise well known in the Capital City, where he has lived practically all of his life. For the past ten years he has been connected with the American Milling and Peed Company, which Is now called the Montala Grocery Company. Mr. Eats will take an active part In supervising the Tivoli, Cy Colley, manager-of ths new theater has been connected with the show business since he was a boy, having made bis first appearance on the legitimate stage when he was 11 years old.
